What is being asked in pre 4? I honestly think that simulating post 3 times should be the right way to solve it. This does not make sense. I see the cookie also, and when I alter it and make it 3 all I get is a CHEATER response. Well, hacking is cheating and idk what else is being asked?

@elasolova, if the cookie is set, that means you already voted. Modifying cookie is not good way, objective is to vote without cookie.
