Afaik 1 is not a prime number; these begin with 2. Which is not prime? 13 for example:

I have a same problem but with different numbers.

My numbers are:

1000253 is prime => 1+2+5+3 = 11 is also prime

2000003 is prime => 2+3 = 5 is also prime

My solution is 10002532000003, and my answer is still wrong.
