Scoring the second

It is difficult to score sites in my opinion )

For the upcoming adjustments, i think we should only alter the scores slightly.

Edit: I think we should mainly keep the main amount of challs in calculation, as well as overall difficulty.

So since there were only a few votes for the obvious very badly scored sites, i took action and scored apsect differently, and raised HS very slightly.

I think the "foreign language" sites were scored very unfair, and i doubled the score for them.

Happy-Security and Newbie-Contest both have a base-score of 2000 now (20% of the other sites)

I guess all agree or dont care about it
